Cruel Ruler Pol Pot
Pol Pot was the leader of the Khmer Rouge and the Prime Minister of Cambodia from 1976 to 1979. Pol Pot got to be leader of Cambodia on April 17, 1975. Throughout his time in power, his radical socialist government constrained the mass evacuations of urban communities, killed or displaced a huge number of individuals, and left a legacy of sickness and starvation. Under his leadership, his government created the passings of deaths of at least one million people from constrained labor, starvation, ailment, torture, or execution.
Cruel Ruler Vlad Tepes
Vlad III, Prince of Wallachia (Vlad the Impaler) known for executing his adversaries by impalement, and was a three-time Voivode of Wallachia, administering mostly from 1456 to 1462, the time of the early Ottoman triumph of the Balkans. Vlad is best known for the legends of the exceedingly cruel disciplines he forced throughout his rule and for serving as primary inspiration for the vampire. He was an enthusiast of different manifestations of torture including eviscerating and rectal and facial impalement. He tortured thousands while he ate and drunk among the corpses. He impaled each individual in the city of Amlas almost 20,000 men, ladies and kids. Vlad tortured the individuals ordering him to be skinned, boiled, decapitated, blinded, strangled, hanged, burned, roasted, hacked, nailed, buried alive, stabbed, etc.. He also liked to cut off noses, ears, sexual organs and limbs.
