4.3-magnitude Earthquake hit Southern Pakistan
According to media news Pakistan is hit by above 4 rector scale Earthquake today. A 4.3-magnitude earthquake hit southern Pakistan earlier than dawn on Friday, killing two citizens and injuring approximately 100, officials said.
The earthquake damaged quite a lot of mud houses in Nawabshah district of Sindh province, the province’s Information Minister Sharjeel Memonsaid said.
The U.S. Geological Survey expected its magnitude at 4.3 and depth at 15.6 km.
In September, more than 500 people were killed when a 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck the province of Balochistan.
Another quake in 2005 killed over 80,000 citizens in northern Pakistan.
